Structural Integrity Group LLC creates value for its clients from the onset during its site-specific Condition Assessment. SIG-LLC’s Condition Assessment results in a document that contains a detailed survey of structural elements assessed and the condition of these elements. SIG-LLC provides a qualified team, including associated structural, civil and/or mechanical engineers, to investigate the causes of deterioration and to document all relevant conditions. The Condition Assessment report also includes a description of the structure, its present and proposed use, the type of environment, stresses, and its overall present condition. The Condition Assessment, along with any professionally engineered calculations and drawings detailing required repairs, form the basis of SIG-LLC’s repair recommendation for the Client.
